GRAPE VARIETY

A young and fine grappa, obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other native grape’s pomace, exclusively intended for the making of Amarone della Valpolicella (Veneto).

DISTILLING PROCESS

The grappa is intense and has a fruity scent since it is distilled the traditional way. It is delicate but decisive and packed with aroma to the palate, key elements for a unique product which conserves the aroma and fragrance of the grapes from which it comes from.

TASTING NOTES

It has intense and refined flavours and aromas, which remind perfectly of a complex bouquet, and decisive tastes. The best way to enjoy the Grappa is with tasty cheese or some 60% dark chocolate. Also great with a young cigar. Better served around 15/18 degrees Celsius.
