Corvina 50% – Corvinone 40% – Rondinella 5% – Croatina 5%
The traditional grape blend, enriched by a tiny percentage of Croatina, dries in a natural fruit cellar for at least three months.  The cold pressed grapes are then fermented at 25-28 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 days.  At the beginning of spring, the wine is then transferred into French oak barrels for at least 24 months.  The wine is elegant and intense, with ripe fruit-in-spirits tastes.  Cocoa and mellow silk tannins convey a frank and embracing taste, which is pleasant and balanced to the palate. Ruby red with granate nuances. Suitable with meats, game and roats.  Excellent with seasoned cheese.  Distinctive ingredient for the famous “Risotto alla Veronese
